As a certified Apple consultant, I have been training people and supporting the Macintosh computer platform for over 20 years. As Apple grew, so did my Macintosh Support business. Teaching folks how to get the most from their Macs while empowering them to take their knowledge to new heights, is the real passion for me! I love teaching and I pack a lot of that enthusiasm into these lessons.

The Lessons

When you watch my wonderful video tutorials, you get to see the Mac's magic revealed and presented step by step in a friendly, down-to-earth style. Each bite sized lesson is easy to understand and you can watch any lesson as many times as you want. Since you have a FULL YEAR to watch the lessons, you can go through things quickly, then come back later and master the subject. Video tutorials are a great way to learn something new, especially if you feel like a subject might be a bit complex. You will be amazed how easily you can be up and running at full speed in no time!

Where to Begin?

I suggest starting with the Macintosh Basics lessons series or Mac OS Compendium. Both tracks take you step-by-step through the basics of the Mac OS. You'll learn what menus are and how they work, we'll give Macintosh names to Macintosh things and take the mystery out of computing. I will cut through the jargon and show you what it all means with clear, colorful examples. As you progress, you'll be emboldened to try all of these things yourself! The world is waiting for you to explore and conquer as you master your Mac!

Now, I don't stop at the basics! I take you through Scanning, Troubleshooting, Mac Technologies such as networking and even Home Automation. Get the basics down, then tackle these other topics.
